Make a Payment

For your convenience, we offer multiple ways to make a payment for your child’s dental care:

  • Over the Phone: Easily make payments by calling one of our friendly administrative staff members.
  • Email and Text to Pay:  Easily make payments through our secure Email Statements or Text to Pay.
  • In-Office Payments: Pay with credit cards, checks, or cash during your visit.

Our Cancellation Policy

To maintain the high level of service we provide, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $35 charge per child, with a maximum of $50 per family. Failure to give notice may result in this fee, which cannot be billed to insurance. Additionally, repeated instances may lead to future appointment availability limitations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns.
